Groundskeeping & Maintenance
Although the apartments are very nice and spacious, the outside halls of the buildings are covered with debris and trash.... No power wash clean has been done for over a year. Spider webs, bugs, and liquid stains are everywhere. I understand the employment shortage but having to pay a hefty amount to live here the least we can get is have our front doorways and stairs clear from any trash or webs.
Nonetheless maintenance personnel is amazing and always nice.

Posted On: 2/21/2021Current management and maintenance teams are amazing! Through the craziness of the winter weather, power and water issues,... they have really knocked it out of the park! We have received daily updates via email, they have provided clean drinking water, pizza, hygiene supplies, and truly care about making sure everyone is taken care of! I do wish the pool was open for more hours and the exit gate will be fixed (been a week or so without fix).
